We are very pleased to have acquired EPC Mirage from a recent import of elite alpacas from Eringa Park Cambridge in Australia.

MIRAGE (SW) has a superb pedigree his sire JOLIMONT GIANMARCO (SW) who represents all that is desired in top end alpaca genetics. Through his dam JOLIMONT BERENICE (SW) MIRAGE brings a new blood line to the UK and to date J.BERENICE has produced two excellent cria. GIANMARCO options in the UK are very limited.

We are delighted with his fleece statistics. His first cria is showing signs of a high quality fleece and superb conformation - Minster Mia at ~3 months of age is pictured below. In our opinion in his appearance he is the complete article, with an absolutely stunning head. His overall fleece coverage offers a very well balanced and true to type stud male. His dense fleece is very advanced with a high frequency and medium amplitude crimp running throughout the blanket area and down under the belly and up the neck. His fleece is still fine, bright and soft handling. We expect Mirage to grow into a heavy cutting male who will impart fleece style and character and solid bone to his progeny. His sire is the famous multi supreme champion: Jolimont Gianmarco, who is also the highest selling male in Australia at A$150,000 for a half share. SERVICE TYPES:

DRIVE BY: AT YOUR CONVENIENCE (whenever possible).

MOBILE MATE: Mileage within a 50 mile radius of YO32 2RB FREE for the initial mating of a named alpaca, any unwarranted trips will incur a fee of 45p/mile. Mating beyond 50 miles will incur a mileage charge thereafter. Wherever possible we will endeavour to spread the mileage costs with other clients wanting to use our services.

ON FARM: Limited places available conditions apply.

If a cria fails to survive less than 48h a return service free of charge will be honoured. A mileage charge may still apply.

We would like to further extend a ‘peace of mind’ option – should a cria be born with a congenital defect, evidence of such would need to be supported by a veterinary certificate, we would then by negotiation honour a re-mate. We may request a second opinion by a veterinary officer appointed by ourselves..
